Buffy Agent is a personal behavior agent designed to help you track habits, manage tasks and run routines across multiple channels such as ChatGPT, Telegram, Slack and internal tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. If you use Buffy Agent on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You retain ownership of the content you provide to Buffy Agent. You grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing and improving the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may add, modify or discontinue features over time. Where changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you in advance.
If you purchase a paid subscription, you authorize us and our payment provider(s) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
No refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used periods, unused time, or unused features. Exceptions may apply only where required by applicable law.
Buffy Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as improved productivity or behavior change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Buffy Agent.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
